Bigger issue was it?

felt a slip in me shoulder 2 different times 1 in like oct and then 1 in dec rode hard next day after the dec one driving home from mcbride me arm stopped working

2 1/2 years later before got chit working

2 toaring tendins and nerve damage

should not have went for the last day of riding

Bike ride was easy today. Took Bev and I only tortured her for 6 km. She did good for her first ride.
