Really watched what I ate yesterday and no snacks and no booze. 1 hour bike ride and I still gained a pound.

2 slices of bacon for breakfast today. I will be careful again today and see what happens.

15 km or 9 miles today. An hour and 15 minutes with only 3 minutes of stop time. Beautiful sky today. A little chilly at +10.

I think I need to get schooled on how those ebikes work. Like do you still pedal it? Or does the battery make the bike do it all for you
