Saw 3 in Alix,
first one was super cute and 100+ years old. but mechanically modern updated. What they don't show is the front deck, looks directly across the street to the public works buildings
The newish Bi level in the small cul de sac, was all finished, lots of in floor heat, MASSIVE yard, nicely priced, but....... poorly landscaped..... ALL run off leads directly to the house. Would need to bring in fill and re-slope
Last one was a rental house, that needed some lovin' Bones looked good, cosmetically not so good..... 1400 sq ft bungalow, nice corner lot and about a 600' walk to lake Alix. This is the one we would go for. it Has an offer and then we will see
Going to look at one today, came on the market Friday and still open. It's here in the city and this is the view on the front deck looking West. Which means, no one will ever build across the street
