Snowing a bit here. But cold too

Looked at 2 of them.
1. close to Nobleford on the west side. Pretty nice place for $497 and 25 acres. But.......... neighbors way too close and kept there yard like a pig sty
2. In between Claresholm and Stavley. $535 for 35 acres, Yard was perfect...... and the house/buildings were horrible.

Looked at single houses in Dalemead and Barons, pass on both. Found a nice 5 acres in Granum,

Next Saturday, going to be looking in Alix, Ferinstosh, and Clive.

Gbca is not cheap, friend of mine looking at a place very comparable to ours, it's listed $140,000 higher than what we paid for ours 1.5 years ago

Rowe used snow pile to get out of back yard over fence got bogged down in the powder snow in front yard

Gave me time to suit up grab harness and get her hooked up

there is a black lab in the dog pack (bad blood between Rowe and Licorice)
