as far as how the rep works i think ya gotta rep peeps /// down on the bottom where it says whether a member signed in or not to the right the little what looks like a snowflake

yeah we I do all this thanking and even if I dont thank them it wont let me give then rep that way...... it says I have gave out too much rep in the last 24 hours to try again later

Someone on one of those crazy threads last week said that if you "rep" someone first, then you can use the thanks button but "rep" has to come first. Hope it helps.
