20 minutes at 4 mph

I will get to 30 minutes at 4 mph in a couple days.

A 2 mile walk with some uphill in it is a good workout for this ol' dude.

I topped that of with a 20 minute sauna

Got a great sweat going

First sauna of the year also.

I am a lucky man that I can still do that and look forward to a winter of riding.
