Just had a long talk with him on my last oil change experience on the car. Told them last time to have the tech to take extra care to clean up after the job. Offered to pay extra. Get home and notice a small pool of clean oil under it 2 days later. Called them and they said maybe oil on a crossmember dripped down. Told them I had expected that to be cleaned up like I asked. Asked him to explain why the oil was clean on the floor? He said maybe a bad gasket on filter so drive it over and they would have a look at it. I said it’s a Shelby, fack that bull chit. After a bunch of back and forth they sent a low rider deck truck to get it on their dime. Was good when I got it back. Will see this time. Told him no pressure but if it’s not done right this time you can kiss 28 years of business away and move it to next dealer down the road. I think he knows I’m serious.
