Was it a "hard" put down or a "soft" put down?? C'mon Doug, don't be so harsh in these trying times.

"Semi hard" Kade, the owner of the house, is a pipe line welder. That travel across Canada, because he's that good and averages $1000.00/day after taxes. Ashley is a Paralegal in a high end law firm downtown Calgary. They are both super nice people, that can more than easily drop 20G's to fix the problem.
