Shouldn't be a problem Doug. For the travel restrictions, they have joined Interior Health and Northern Health in a combined region. It is okay to travel throughout this region. There may be a check point in the south going into the lower mainland region. You would just have to come up with an "essential travel reason". I'm sure with your ability, you could do that task in a heart beat!!

Recipe included shredded cheese, melted butter, and a myriad of spices mixed with the ground beef.

Used cherry wood pellets. Smoke for two hours (my unit is at 200F for the smoke process), and turned it up to 350F for 30 minutes. The red color is from the cherry wood and not raw meat. Took them off at 165F.
These were not dry, crispy meatballs. They were juicy and very flavourful.
