I agree. My daughter had part time positions at the Foothills as she worked her way up and was always stressed about job interviews every time a job was posted. She stressed about purchasing our condo but as soon as she was offered a full time position you could see the weight was lifted off her shoulders and she became more relaxed again about life. Job security, benefits and a decent wage to me is better than a higher wage, harder physical work and no job security at my age anyways or for someone who needs a job bad. You can still keep looking and grab something better if the opportunity arises.Stability would play a key part in decisions these days
Lmao, that's awesomeHow was the bike ride yesterday Doug? It was one of the nicest days in recent memory here. Taking the Mustang out today and we are meeting with my sisters and Mom for a pizza lunch in the park. Looking forward to mashing the gas and having the wife scream at me that I'm trying to kill her! Lmao!
Yes need to feel secure before taking her. If you dump it you'll never get her on the bike again. lol.I would never feel comfortable riding as a passenger on a bike or sled. I need to have the control or I become a worry wart. LolLmao, that's awesome
My ride was great, getting a better feel for the bike, went for a nice cruise down the hi way. Told Jacky within another week or 2, I should be comfortable enough, to take her on a ride
Right.. that's why the decision is difficult..... 40 sounds great, if I get 30hrs/week. but if I get 0/week, not so great.Wow big discrepancy in wage. Actually location is nice but City job looks the best to me. I have a buddy that worked for the City and he said they treated him well. What kind of equipment would you run? Better hours to.
Actually. the best passenger, is a skilled rider. You know what I'll be needing, when I brake, accelerate, corner etcYes need to feel secure before taking her. If you dump it you'll never get her on the bike again. lol.I would never feel comfortable riding as a passenger on a bike or sled. I need to have the control or I become a worry wart. Lol
Very good points as well. And your right, I may not get all the positionsMy recommendation.
Take all the job interviews and see how they go. Decide then what would be a better fit.
Also, don’t count your chickens before they hatch. You might not get offered all the positions.
I also think the city job would pave pretty sweet, if you get it.

I've back read everything again and appreciate everyone's advice. I have lots to think about now LOL
