Told Jacky at 3:30am that today I start my diet of moderate eating

Never turned on the Q until 730 last night

Pig out, couple glasses of red wine and then it's bed time

Then up at 2am because of guts

Been watching a coyote go up and down the street since 230am
Going into neighbors yard and taking dog bones or whatever food is lying around
