Johnny blue is the biggest waste of 254 bucks I've ever spent. Balvenie or glen 15 for this guys money.

I'm working on some Dalwhinnie 15, very nice. The Balvennie sounds good as I'm a big bourbon fan too.

Was going to suggest that, but it's a tough one to recommend unless you know they like peaty scotches. We should probably just start a scotch thread, stop jacking this one.

Glenmorangie gets my vote. mostly because i remember being introduced to scotch by sitting by a fire with my grandpa and having a few sips!!! from then on in Ive hade a soft spot for a good single.

With that said a bottle lasts a long time in our house.
