Yes the some of the newer Garmin have this.
It's called Garmin birdseye. You have buy a subscription to it and download the area that you are going into at that time .

Magellan has the same thing only it uses digitalglobe. I do not know if they track or not but most of my areas are in winter mode. It does not get any better than this...for sleddng anyway.
