leonard mite be charged w trespassing on cp property.(its funny, there's no fences or signs around that stretch of tracks)
Story is that he was listening to his ipod, with it cranked full blast, w his back to the train. BOOM! got sum air, landed and walked away. He doesnt even have a limp, just a couple of bruises.
I've seen many ppl walking down that track, there's even a worn path on either side and in the middle. chit, i've even walked down that same railway.
And yes ur wife was rite, he is first nations, funny thing is, i know this guy.
Lucky wagon burner he is.
