I love when you check your account balance the next morning and your missing hundreds of dollars and you don't remember a thing.

Since when does that have anything to do with the final structure?

I'm talking about framing, roofing, etc. So many things are done wrong it's not even funny. You'd think if he knew that much, he'd know the proper way to frame, roof or anything like that

I'm not going to go through the entire thread to point it out to you
your on glue again buddy! first off, the framing was done off site, and inspected there. then inspected AGAIN by the county inspector AND the bank inspector. same goes for the roof, and every other thing in that house. not too mention all the help i got to do it are professionals that build houses everyday. so please, in all your infinite wisdom, tell/show me what is wrong with the structure, roof, or anything else for that matter

your not going too or cant? you know how many people on here are house builders/renovators/trades people who looked at that thread as it progressed......pretty sure some of them would have maybe pointed out anything major....looks like a pretty beautiful house to me.

just because something isn't built the way you would do it doesn't make it wrong, there are thousands of different techniques, and thousands of different ways an architect/engineer can design something to built....just because i pic shows something you wouldn't do, doesn't make it wrong.....i have seen houses built by old specs, that 30 years later are in better condition than newer houses built 3 years ago by "new and better" techniques

you sit here and argue your FACTS, and your PROOF, and that your not a know-it all......but have proven yourself wrong , and to be one, numerous times over the last 2 days. maybe accept others idea's and views and realize because you think its true, doesn't make it so

The fact that you think building inspections mean anything is laughable. Houses that are half framed get framing inspections, basement walls not even poured get them and pass without problem. Inspections from county, bank, anything are pretty much useless. "Professional" is a term used way to loosely, if "professionals" framed that house, that is downright scary.
