well, between me and you there's about 8 years of post secondary edumaction, so pretty sure if he can right at more than a grade 6 level, we should be able to understand it!!!!! maybe!!!

Since when does that have anything to do with the final structure?

I'm talking about framing, roofing, etc. So many things are done wrong it's not even funny. You'd think if he knew that much, he'd know the proper way to frame, roof or anything like that
