thanks for the directions.. hope to check it out soon.
Great trip guys... Can't wait for the next one. I was happy to go back to work to get some rest from playing on the weekend.
I have a video on my Blackberry crossing the bridge with the rotted out timbers. Can't figure out how to post it. File extension is .3gp

To find the railline on the northside of the hwy at Harlch : Look on the northside of the hwy in between the Campgroud entrance and the road just to the east of the campground. You should find it now ,make sure you are on the east side of Harlch creek (bridge on hwy), and no farther east than the Swale rd. just up the hwy a minute or 2.When I went out ridin last I got to Harleck I cross the Hi-way. I didn't see where the railline went from there. There's a gas plant in the way on the south side of the hi-way. Should I have went futher down the hi-way on the south side ???? The ditch on the north side had a good trail down it so that is why I rode there. I pretty much just turned around there and went back to Saunder's from there. How far is Nordegg from Harleck ??? ( Man I wish I went with you guys !!!!)
very nice looking bridge i will have to go and try it out next weekend as the wife and my self will be going to nordegg and riding around there n the old rail line now that i have the cv axle fixed and new tires and rims some thing with meat on them
Too bad we missed each other, and that's a real bummer that someone rolled his quad over on himself, hopefully he did not get hurt.Hadley,
Missed you by a day. Went through there on Saturday, a buddy wanted to see the last half of the rail line.
I believe that's the very same spot that one of our guys rolled his quad over onto himself.
We went up to the look out tower on Mount Baldy. That is a great view and a must see when doing the Rocky Rail line. Got stopped by six RCMP / conservation officers going up so make sure you have your paperwork in order...
