Lol re-read what??? you were making a statement on how they did it NA. As well indicating that 640hp was impressive from the "Wow!!!!"comment.

i am commenting on how vette made 640 along time ago and there is nothing new about it

love how my origionl post was edited... guess were not all equal on s&m:beer:

the comment was wow 640 on natural aspirated, you seem to have takin it to another place. and in these days na is impressive. turbo and supercharges are another element all together.

640 naturally aspirated is huge power.. Dont think many other engines do that.

Probably could gain +-150 horse on a super charge / turbo charge. Close to 800!

Plenty of vipers pushing 1000hp+ boosted, along with boosted vettes, lamborghinis, etc etc. NA is impressive though, I'd be curious to see the car and engine up close and how durable they built it. I'm planning on picking up a used Viper in a few years, something about those V10s wound right out sounds wicked to me:)

Would probably rather have a low compression low boost car making 640 than a high comp tweaked n/a engine.

Good to see that our tax dollars funded this. Chrysler can kiss my azz.

I would have agreed with you a couple years back when the bailout happened as I thought these were loans that would never be paid back...But since then both Chrysler and GM have paid their loans off years ahead of time and many jobs were saved.
