If CFMoto buys them it will likely be for their patents and technology, and then manufacture sleds in China. They aren’t going to be able to build and sell a sled cheaper like everyone here keeps saying AC should do, unless they move manufacturing away from the US. Or at the very least manufacture almost everything offshore and then just assemble in the US.

I don't think it's manufacturing costs so much as executive overhead with these corporations.
CEO's getting 10 million dollar bonuses doesn't help.

All you non Cat riders should maybe ride a new 858. They are quite impressive even without a turbo. I have not ridden anything that handles like them I ride with Poo and Doo sleds and keep up quite easily.

Are they still as squirrelly as the original alpha? They are super manueverable, but unwieldy at the same time

In 2023 CFMoto opened a manufacturing facility in Mexico where they produce 100,000 UTV’s annually.

No, not nearly as squirrelly. Not sure how or why, but much more planted when side hilling and seem to wash out wayyy less. At least with 3 rides on the thing.
