T-motion rear scissor torque spec

Probably better off asking this in the Xp forum cuz everyone is switching their XP's into T-motion, but my rear scissor to rails bolt on my 2013 XM seems really loose...
Does anyone know the actual torque specs for this bolt????
Ive been told snug and then a 1/4 turn by a few peole but would like to be confident I am at the right torque spec...

Service manual states 18 lb.ft for the bolt.

NICE thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just to recap that is the bolt that ties the scissor to the rails correct??

Yes the bolt that runs right through to the other rail and has a nylock nut on it.
