Attempting a drive-on / drive-off maneuver?I don't know about "originals" but mine are from 2008. Front and rear for two sleds and they are still great. A little lube on the chain mechanism a couple times a year is all that is required. Randall and Don are great guys and give a tremendous amount back to the community. Look at all the coat/helmet/shovel/broom hangers that are around in various club cabins; all donated by those boys!!
That sled on the deck never moved and SuperClamps (front and rear) were holding it down..........

Holy sheet I can see a picture.Attempting a drive-on / drive-off maneuver?
Superclamps work so well. The sledlockz have the bling factor but after it was pointed out about the lack of lateral stability, I could see that since they are bolted/riveted together.
I never want to deal with straps ever again.
I can see pics again!
I just picked up the Sled Locxx today, will be testing it this coming season... I currently have 2 superclamp II and notice that they would move a bit... not sure if it’s the ski design that make the sled move or not... had the rear clamps as well, only use them twice... they don’t work well on my rails so I don’t use then. Superclamp as a good product, like one of the previous members said I’m open to new competition and decided to try it.... there on sale right now... price was right...
my 2 cents
Hornydevil.
Junk, My buddy bought a Sled Locxx from the Edmonton sled show, I told himI just picked up the Sled Locxx today, will be testing it this coming season... I picked up a Sledlock clamp at the Edmonton show, I was dazzled by the bling. That was a big mistake, after my buddy slammed on the brakes to avoid a deer my Sledlock clamp is now bent and the sled slid forward about 5 " into the back of the sled in front of it. The other 3 sleds in the trailer with Superclamps on them didn't move a bit and the clamps are mint. Its the old story , cheap guy pays twice, Sled lock isn't worth the money , although pretty it is junk in actual use.
Again Buyer be ware !!!!!
I run the original Superclamps. Who remembers those?
There on sale, marathon sells them...Who sells these? And if ya don't mind me asking what is the right price?
