Superclamps

I heard theirs a new clamp that was at the sled show that are better than the superclamps does anyone know where to get them

They look pretty but they are weak in the fore/aft direction and you can't really secure them. The adjuster knob can be backed off while clamped.

Superclamps has been top of the game for a long time for good reason. Excellent quality and durability, reasonable pricing and one of the best warranties for any powersports product hands down. I would find it hard to believe that when it comes to securing your sled that there is another product out there that can beat it.

Yes there was a 'superclamp style' clamp at the sled show. But better than the superclamp, hardly. Sure it looked cool being all laser-cut aluminium. But like JMXC mentioned, pretty weak fore/aft movement and not as 'theft/tamper-proof as the original.

Not to mention at the show the coating was already starting to crack at the stress points from every person who walked by clamping and unclamping it. Would be interesting to see how it holds up after a season of regular use... Let alone the 5+yrs of abuse my superclamps have held up too

Its called Sledloxx. You can get them at Truck Boss. As said above, beautiful clamp but needs to be reworked.

Superclamps all around for me. Wouldn’t change to save a few bucks.
They have a long history of success including a few guys who rolled trailers and they didn’t break.
Just my 2 cents.

I don't know about "originals" but mine are from 2008. Front and rear for two sleds and they are still great. A little lube on the chain mechanism a couple times a year is all that is required. Randall and Don are great guys and give a tremendous amount back to the community. Look at all the coat/helmet/shovel/broom hangers that are around in various club cabins; all donated by those boys!!

That sled on the deck never moved and SuperClamps (front and rear) were holding it down..........

Mine are the metal ones.
I have a hook in the box of my Dakota. Sled doesn’t move when in the truck.

I dont know if mine are "originals" either but they are grey in color instead of orange. I have had them at least 10 years, (probably more like 12, I cant remember when I bought them) and they are just like new. Clean them up once in a while and lube them and they are good to go.

I had a set of the grey metal ones that I thought were the original until I saw a buddy with an old black one that nearly looks homemade, those are the originals!
