Just put on the "specialty sleds" anodized black tunnel supports and put red reflective tape in behind..... Awesome look....... I did that on the big 1000rt as well....very cool. It was a 4 beer, 2 stogey job......Here's the finished product:

You could just drill the rivets out, and then just re-rivet it back in the same location after.

I have a 1997 ski-doo 670 that u guy's made it to a 740. And i was just woundering what it has for HP and how much it would cost to rebild it if the engine ever went.?

those motors made around 150-155 hp. top end rebuild is roughly 5-700 depending on machine work (if required)

Replaced carb to engine boots today(reed boots) and finished putting wheels on and a little clutch work.... 800ho is ready to rock. Just need new handle bar control ass'y(hopefully here early this week) as the hand warmers don't work and it only has highbeam headlite. Here's the finished product! SHOULD DOO THE TRICK FOR A 14 YEAR OLD SON?? LOL

damn, that looks way clean Sric, nice job! I had a '78 340 Liquifire at 14....lol. congrats to the young fella, sweet lookin' ride for sure.
