I believe giving credit where it is due. Took the old 2003 Duramax to Ric to get looked at as she was getting extremely cranky in the mornings. Although it took two visits, he turned it around in a day both times and now she is starting great. Even took it upon himself to give it a once over as I was driving her out to BC.

Thanks Ric and the guys at sherwood park service for getting my pile of #$%^ spare truck in and out so fast.... 3 times...... in the last two weeks for problems totally unrelated to one another. From one of the techs offering to look for the problem at night by taking it home to them being super flexible with after hours pickups... Great expereience. Reccomend them for sure!

Ric's saved my arse with the boys car a few times since Christmas also.

 

[Too Many Toys]

I had my welding rig into Rick for a turbo and a EGR, DPF delete before Christmas. Mechanic stayed late to finish so I wouldn't miss any time at work. What a different truck. Then the water pump started leaking while I was working in the bush last week. Back this week for a water pump. Great service. I would and do recommend to friends. Thanks Rick.

Had a bunch of work done to my truck there over a year ago. Great service and was asked to go back and see the old parts that were changed and talk with machanic who worked on truck. Don't see that very often.

I left the shop I used in the west end and drive my vehicles all the way from Onoway to Sherwood park now because of the service at Rics shop!
