you can't be serious about us pulling over to let every vehicle by?? that has to be one of the most ridiculous statements I have ever read. everybody's time is precious but ours? give your head a shake man.I see there is tons of truckers getting slander. I agree they arent profesional like the old days. How about going old school and actually pulling over the big slow semi turd and letting people by. In the 70s and 80s and 90s when we had real truckers this was the standard. Then cars can pass on hills double solid or not. I constantly battle truckers on the way to revy. Unreal bad driving on there part

I guess you should spend a few moments trying to understand the laws in BC. It is ILLEGAL for a truck to travel on the shoulder of a road, PERIOD. You can not pull over to the shoulder to allow traffic to pass you. Many reasons, 1st and foremost is with the weather conditions (rain and water run off from snow melt) there is no guarantee that the shoulder will hold the weight of a tractor trailer. 2nd reason is the shoulder of the roads here are not wide enough for you to completely exit the lane, therefore traffic passing you must still cross the center line, therefor they must always use safe passing procedures. 3rd, the shoulder is where the snowplows push the snow. 4th, the shoulder is where all the sand and gravel from the highway gets swept to, if you drive on the shoulder you shower the vehicles behind you with the gravel.I see there is tons of truckers getting slander. Exactly. Everyone just needs something to whine about so they stare into the light and get all pissy. If everyone just looked right into the ditch there wouldn't be 500 fog light and hid threads on here

Yeah, real smart, Im heading down the road in a snow storm with 140,000 lbs on, going around a corner, some idiot with HID's feels better about me staring at a shoulder that you cant see rather than looking where I am supposed to.
Some people are real bright!
Well if you actually knew how to drive you could do it lol

Ok, this just grinds me the wrong way. You constantly battle truckers on the way to Revy? Unreal bad driving on their part? WAIT FOR THE DOTTED LINE, OR PASSING LANE! It's not a race to get there. You're one of those dick drivers that I hate, no matter what I am driving.I see there is tons of truckers getting slander. I agree they arent profesional like the old days. lol...good stuff. I love it when people tell others that have millions of kilometers of safe driving under their belts that they don't know how to drive. any other pearls of wisdom you wish to bestow upon us?Well if you actually knew how to drive you could do it lol

I just find it crazy that we have to look in the ditch to safely drive on the highway because of someone else's lack of consideration for other highway users. it was bad enough to have to deal with every soft suspended ford truck with a spare tire in the box that made the headlights shine in your eyes on low beam.Lol just stirring the pot he's probably a great driver but we each have our own opinions so oh well whatever floats the boat. I'm just one of those guys that look into the ditch, and he seems to be the marble throwing type so that's cool as long as he's not throwing marbles at me lol

So what you're saying is, I'm the bad driver?makes me wonder wonder who the bad driver really is.
100% agree. there are poor drivers in every type of vehicle, the ones in the big rigs can end lives a lot easier than the ones in a 4 wheeler. the demand for drivers has become such a problem in our industry that they will hire just about anyone with certification. the pay scale reflects this. There are as many useless drivers in semis as there are in mini vans or trucks. No vehicle is immune to being operated by a retard. But with all the hid and marble talk on here im glad i carry a 45 and a shovel in my truck. Just trying to do my part eliminating them one at a time. Lol

I like how it has escalated from marbles to firearms....lol
