new support vehicle/ camper, for those times when you can't carry enough axles.

may be a good idea to carry a fire extinguisher or a couple gallons of water in this dry weather. the chances of muskeg smoldering on the exhaust will be very high, as well as grass fires .

Good idea. I've got a fire extinguisher packed in my box along with carrying and axe and collapsible bucket.
We battled a brush pile fire last year and we found axes were our best tool since there wasn't water nearby. We just controlled it from growing and eventually burnt itself out.

Any of you guys mounting your fire extinguisher to the roll cage? How you gonna do it?

Yes, joint will come apart if pulled on. Trying to pull cv joint from front diff, Usually results in axle pulling out of cv joint.
Appears to be fine mud? No rust present on cv end.

theres a good chance with the bracket lift upon full extension you have ground the inside of the cup enough to damage where the ring seats...
I have tried different brackit lifts in the past and had this issue and ended up building my own in between stock and said bracket lift height...

consider pulling opposite axle and driving the axle your having issues out with a bar from the otherside through the diff
(not sure if this will work on your particular machine but a trick I have used in the past)

No don't think that will work, Has cups in diff, I got axle stub out, Used home made puller, I need to clean it up and take a good look.
