Anyone have suggestions for getting a stuck flywheel off? I have tried two different styles of pullers and had them tight enough that the threads on the puller are binding and it won't pop. I am trying to diagnose my no spark issue from last spring and need to check my flywheel magnets. I havent tried to smack the puller yet or apply heat as I don't want to cause more issues than already exist.

Always lube the threads and tip of your puller.

I believe it's a taper fit just like a clutch so l suggest the same trick that often works for them. Pour some boiling water on the centre so it expands. It shouldn't hurt anything in there. If you're afraid of that use a little propane torch as best you can.

Finally had some time this morning to work on this again. Flywheel is off and nothing looks abnormal to me. I guess I will start over testing all the switches and stator readings again. Aside from that if I still have no spark I guess it will have to go to the dealership.

It doesn't look like any of the magnets are missing of the outside of the flywheel. Can anyone confirm that mine are still all there. I have 3 for the inner coil and 2 for the outer coil. I can not find a picture online that show all the magnets.
