Steel Horse; New Norway

Well, I took the day off yesterday and went sledding with my wife after we dropped the kids off at school. It was about -25 when we left Camrose. We got to the Steel Horse in New Norway at about 11:00AM for an early lunch. As it turns out the Steel Horse will be closing it's doors after Saturday, Jan 31st untill April somtime. After talking to the owner they are just not getting enough business in the winter months to make it a go... They hold a ton of charity rides in the summer out there and seem to be really good people. If you are looking for a good place to go for a ride on Saturday head out to the Steel Horse. They even allow minors untill 9:00PM. See the link below:

Did not even know there was something open in the big TOWN .. of NEW NORWAY .... Ferintosh is a good ride also ... from HAYLAKES and area.. I should be in NEW NORWAY on SAT. big High School Basketball Tournament at the School Fri. & Sat. Jan. 29, 30. A little adver. for that here. hey Meierjn thanks for that info......
