Sirius satellite radio works the same. I've seen guys tuck that little magnetic antenna on top of headliner and they work fine.

So far impressed. 100mbps+ at 120kmh is just mind blowing to me. But true test will be through the mountain passes if I can keep the YouTube videos going lol

FaceTime is the most useless feature of an iPhone IMO, like you said who the hell wants to see someone’s face up close while talking, very unflattering and very awkward.

Great for talking to grandparents and grand kids. I don’t know what the big deal is? We use it on vacation all the time as it’s free as opposed to calling on a regular phone call.

It’s a handy tool for sure. I was making fun of Mikey and Sean. Mike said you can talk on the phone from Hinton to Tete Jaune. Sean asked if he was FaceTiming. I thought it would by funny driving while FaceTiming, hence why would you want to see the face you’re talking to lol.

Its worked well for me over the years while working away from home, and still being able to interact with my kids when they were younger. It has its place.


I am actually now regretting not getting a mini when they were onsale now. Haveing the ability to wifi call heading to Blue River on our last trip was very handy. Ralcom in wct makes a hard case to throw in the back of the truck and plug it in to the 120v plug in The bed.

Except 99% of its hardwares actual use is to make tik tok style videos and run only fans accounts. Drives the prices of telephones through the damn roof. Why is there not a phone that just has a camera on the back only

Or like an iPhone before FaceTime front narcissist cameras became a thing. I get the keeping in touch with family on FaceTime but when we do a Christmas chat with the family up north I use Skype and a laptop, then I’m not staring into a 4”x3” screen like I’m trying to read the directions on the back of a medication bottle lol
