That seems really low. Did you have some obstructions on the dish? What city/town are you near?

I just did a speed test and hit 250Mbps, my highest ever.

Mike has my dish to do a course he is taking. It’s currently geo locked to my location and he’s about 12 km south of me. So when bringing this to my house at the end of the month it should return to high numbers. My number was 180 MBps

Ohhh okay that makes sense. I think you can call support and tell them about a new location and they could switch it, but if it's working good enough and it's temporary, probably not even worth the trouble.

He is close to me and I’ve been getting the same results pretty consistent for the last couple weeks. Not sure it’s the geo location thing Ron is thinking.

Probably just more users connected and them still building the infrastructure for our area.

I’m North of spruce grove and the dish has a clear view. My best speed tests were on day one. After last pretty consistent 20-40

I’m still very happy. Stopped watching the speed as it works and o can just watch YouTube instead.

Did they give you an estimated date? If you have a reservation number you could try calling support.

No, just the order number, I looked on the FAQ menu and it says that it could take up to 8 weeks. I’ll give them a couple more weeks before i start harassing them. Glad I didn’t tell TELUS to go pound sand yet

Finally received my dish today, quick question for those that have already set it up...I see that it will move horizontally ( up over and down) by itself( say it will move from the north to the south) but how did you know where to aim the vertical plane of the face so that it can do its horizontal aiming? Should I mount it so that the dish will move from the northwest to the southeast or opposite ? I’ve tried searching online but no luck, and the instruction poster board is 3 pictures, will the app tell me which way to face it? I won’t be crawling up onto my roof until the weekend. Hopefully this makes sense.
