Well, Kelly works for Kuster and was riding with Daryl Baker this weekend and thought Daryl's sled was amazing so that makes me think that he is not as excited about the 13. He told Daryl that he would buy his 11 right there and then. Kelly has been to the Colorado BRP training recently and has seen all the new stuff but is not allowed to talk about it.

Daryl always has more money in his stuff than you will ever see in a stocker. Kelly has a great job but it will be hard work. Lots of riding but alot of organizational and menial work as well. It will be interesting to talk to him to see his impressions of the test centre in Colorado. Not what you would expect thats for sure.

That goes back to the entire theory of thought process. Are you the kinda guy who wants to keep the front end down while climbing all day, or the guy who wants to get the ski pressure off the front end and have the sled pop up on the snow better...I rode an amazing '12 with a M10 in it this weekend. I could have likely outclimbed the boosted Pro with us anywhere. I am a lot lighter than most of those guys. But I don't climb all day so its not the sled for me, as Daryl's 174 isn't for everyone either. I have seen Lance fight that thing as well.

Everyone knows what you see on a prototype isn't always what ends up on the show room floor come the fall either.

There used to be a saying in the good ol triple days! I would rather have two sisters that work in a brothel than a brother who rides a twin!! Ahhh the good ol days!

I agree, I once had a sled with a M10 suspension and many times got stuck facing up the hill because I could not spin it around the last second because it was so planted on the front. It was the motor that I think Kelly was most impressed with in this case.

Just came up with this great idea,,,,,, in 2003 bombardier nicknamed their new sled the REV(stands for revolution), in 2013 they should nickname the new one RES(for resolution);), this might answer all of our questions!!!!!!

Read today on Sledrumours.com that the new Mountain Doo will also have belt drive like the Pro, lose alot of weight again and have a new vertical steering set up with some new suspension innovation. Hmmmmm.........isn't it fun guessing what is coming next year?

no sled maker is as secretive as 'doo. they must pay their peeps well....I remember when someone had posted a pic of a new prototype on dootalk they took in some remote riding area and posted it, BRP came down on Craig and made him remove it from the site. bastards

Wasn't it Dave B that took that pic of Darl Baker and Stephan Bedard on the Revs in 03?

alright. i can bet they will have the same chassis with better and wider foot wells. a new track with a new design for better side hilling. new bottom side plastic that is more rounded and lets throw in some goggle warmers. my 2 cents

Goggle warmers? That means an even bigger stator which means more weight. Never happen. Lol.
