I think the worst thing that doo did for the 2013 sleds is hype up the release.
The ideas I think are good, and a lot of thought goes into it I'm sure.
With the new skid and foothold location, I guess the only thing left is to test ride it to make the evaluation, after all that is what it boils down to.
HOW IT RIDES
People bitch about 42 pounds, many of them could stand to lose that much themselves.. LOL
Geometry tweeks are what the industries have to do. Look at the mountainbike segment, that industry totally relies on geometry.
If you are looking to buy a new sled this year, I bet you would be happy with either sleds.
Which one would you be happier? Well that's a personal preference.
The new Summits have only gone up $100 so that is good. That is pretty good value for all the changes they have made to the sled for next year. No word on the spring promo yet but that info should come available in an hour or two. Cosidering that Polaris is supposedly going up over a grand the 2 sleds are much closer on price now and will still compete head to head on the hill with each other. Looking forward to riding it in a couple weeks to see how "flickable' the Doo is. HaHa.
