Splash guard for open two place

What is the mounting hardware like? My trailer is 8foot,3inches wide. I am wondering how it bolts down...is there a flat bar on the bottom and is it on the inside or outside of the guard?

There are pieces of wood molded into the bottom edge to screw into thats where you could screw hinges to so it can tilt it, some of the ones we sold where I worked we put on piano hinge but I would recomend heavier door hinges. At the back edges there are latches. I just measured my trailer it's 8' 4,1/4" And this trailer was built to fit the front.

Just measured mine and this salt guard will not fit. From the inside to the inside edge of my trailer I have about 8 feet and 3/4 inches. Too bad. Thanks anyway.
