I was able to ride the new 850 turbo for the last three days up at Chappell in Valemount, groundhog and foam in blue river. Thanks to pines psm in Prince Albert. The turbo was an awesome sled. It performed perfectly for the three days in which we rode it. The throttle response was bang on, we all experienced zero turbo lag with the sled. When riding the sled it actually feels lighter, however I'm sure it's because of the extra power it produces and gets that track spinning faster. It gets out on top of the snow a lot quicker then the NA 850's. We tried to ride the sleds up some hills to get a comparison on how they work against the NA 850's. The NA 850's made it up the hills that we were climbing, however we had to work hard to make it to the top were as the turbo you were letting off of the throttle part way upthe climb. It's a blast in the trees with that power. I'm getting old so I didn't have to ride like I was out of control. With the extra track speed it would pop out of the snow right away and go. I felt the throttle response was excellent when you were riding on and off the throttle repeatedly in the trees. All I can say is hats off to the rotax guys in Austria for building this new turbo.

Pretty sure I am. Just need to sell my 2019 165 x. Pines has a couple in stock turbo’s for sale. Not sure if I’ll wait till spring or buy right away. I was sure impressed by the performance of the turbo. Also I didn’t hit any trees this time. The throttle worked flawlessly. Lol

Lmfao, I keep a spare flipper in my back pack now, from your experience lol

Only thing with getting one now is chitty warranty, if they snow check them and 3-4 years warranty then that makes sense

Otherwise I. D keep the 19 with 4 years lol, for how much you ride

Different Clutching and a Thicker Reinforced Track. I own one and it is an amazing machine. BRP nailed this one!

Unless they changed some of them the part # on the one that was posted a week ago is the same # as the stock 850 track .
Could you check yours if you have a chance ?
Be great if they did change it up .

Pretty sure the tracks are the same, however the gearing is supposed to different than the NA 850’s.

I’ll more than likely spring order one. Hopefully they will have a couple of different colours to choose from. Also the xtra warranty would be nice if BRP offers it. Not sure what I want for the 19. You and I will have to talk if your interested?

I will bet a dozen donuts the tracks are the same. Brp doesn’t have a real good track record when it comes to fixing their mistakes. Let’s just put a turbo on the machine and everyone will magically forget about the other issues. Lol.

When I bought mine from Riderz last Thursday I bought it with 3 extra years of warranty. So I have a total of 4 for piece of mind if needed. All I can say is BRP nailed this out of the park with this sled. I got my first 2 days in this weekend and hands down the most smooth and clean running turbo sled I have ever owned. Many others I let ride it said the same thing. It never once skipped a beat in any situation. My sled feels stronger than advertised. I did multiple runs on different slopes and seen 57-60mph track speed at 8000ft. Best part is I fill it up at any local gas station and I have warranty if I ever need it to boot. I love this sled.

That's interesting? Did they sell you BRP BEST warranty or another aftermarket warranty? I was always under the understanding that you can only buy another 24 months of BEST warranty on a new sled purchase? I just checked my BEST guide and that is how its written? You must have an aftermarket warranty to get 4 total?
