first thing I thought when I seen this was WHY?! But then as I scrolled further I thought why not, Id luv to tour 18 holes with one!

Ya exactly, and where people really like these is when they actually live at the golf course, then it's just like us and our trucks, adding lifts and tires and stereos etc... Because they use them like vehicles around the golf resort they like to have them with all the comforts of their vehicles. The lifted one we are building wouldn't be allowed on the course because of the tires, however if the tires were course compliant they would certainly be allowed.

As mentioned in a previous post we are gearing this cart more for the recreational user, it will have a convient metal "basket" on the back along with a couple roof racks, to carry things like paddle boards, or some lumber around the farm etc...

We are also getting some interest from hunters as they feel that because these carts are electric and so quiet they are good for moving around quietly. With that being said we are currently developing a hybrid system for hunters who are looking for longer then just day trips, the hunter can head into their hunting area in stealth mode (electric) and once they are done hunting for the day they can hit the hybrid switch and charge the cart back to camp so it is ready for the next days outing.

We have attached a couple pictures various carts we have completed just showing the variations.

Thanks for your feedback!

Made some more progress on the lifted cart, the carts are taking a bit more time to finish as we are overseeing our new cart shop which we are having built from scratch to be setup solely for cart building (ok and 1 or 2 motorcycles)

Anyways here are some more progress pics. Still have a bit of fabrication work to complete but took it for a rip today and was quite impressed with the performance out of it. We ordered the private speed code for it tonight as well, along with another code for a customers cart, with code 4 this will really be a fun cart to boot around with.

Thanks for looking!

whats average price on one in the pics.. with the fastest motor you can get.. kinda like the bighorn carts..

Average price on a custom cart with rims and paint, your looking around the $5500 dollar range, when you get into the lifted ones like this charcoal one we are building it will be somewhere around $6500.00. That is completely refurbished (we strip them right down to the frames) brand new 2012 Trojan batteries with 12 month warranty and a 3 month warranty on the cart. When you start getting into bigger motors and more performance, like anything else, it starts to add up. The fastest production motor for a 48 volt cart, we can get the cart to do around 40 mph. If you want to start getting really crazy we can then get into 72 volt and 96 volt systems, but for most that's overkill. Even these with a stock motor with the performance code is not bad, you actually see around 28+ mph with the larger tires and electric motors have so much torque that you really don't loose any bottom end.

Again as I have said before they won't replace the side x sides (unless you want to start putting the 4 wheel drive systems in them and sled or bike motors) We aren't trying to build them for that, we are building them as a great low speed option for touring around trails, or you yard etc... They are a blast if you keep their purpose in mind!

Thanks a lot for your interest!

Ya the custom bodied carts are pretty cool as well. We are just working with a customer to build him a 1957 Belair.

Here's a link to a quick clip with us playing around in the cart. Keep in mind that the drivetrain on this cart is absolutely bone stock. It's the 3.3HP electric golf cart motor that is equipped standard on every Club Car Precedent, it's just a cart with a 6" lift and some 25" tires along with a few dress up goodies!

I'm looking at getting an acreage shortly and I'm gonna need something to plow the 500 ft driveway and cruise around in and seeing one of your carts with a plow might be the funnest and cheapest option. Cheaper than a skid steer or second truck. And I love all of your projects I see from your sleds to decks to your new venture with the carts. Possible I could be contacting you before next winter.

We sure do appreciate your feedback. Golf carts are extremely versatile machines with a bit of customizing. They are also a blast to tour around the property with, one thing though, they are addicting ;)

We really enjoy building unique projects and with golf carts we think we have found something that will keep us pushing the limits for quite sometime.

So once again we thank you for your feedback, after all if isn't for people such as yourself we wouldn't enjoy doing what we do each day nearly as much.

We look forward to having you as a customer!

It'd be stored inside a heated shop all the time but would there be any problem with the battery freezing if I'm pushing snow around for over an hour in -30?

Hello again!

There would be no problem with them freezing, they actually create heat when there is a load on them.

The only time there is worry of freezing them is when they are sitting outside in -30 weather for a long period of time with a low charge!

Let us know if you have any other questions.
