Ya i know, but im developing my basement first.lol then the TV stuff will come. Not to big though, im only going for under 46" for a tv. My rec area is to small for anything bigger than that. But i will have enough room for a DVR then. lol. If renovations wernt so much money, i would have all of those goodies.
