Sure looks like a good collection to me (vinyl and the avatar). I got rid of my "records" years ago and it wasn't like I had many. Maybe 25 at the most.

My Dad had a helluva collection of big black CD's with holes in them....me, I caught the end, had a few but cassettes were the shiznit. My younger bro is a vinyl junkie....he's got Dad"s records and buys his own...spends his $$ on motor-powered black CD spinning machines. I just don't like to listen to The Kingston Trio and pipe band music....hahaha.

Actually Dave a big part of the reason I'm into vinyl is that there are many great albums that were never even re released in digital format. A prime example is Nazareth Snaz Full House (one of my favorites). Also as a collector I'm into having entire discographies, and many only re released greatest hits/compilation albums. A lot bands have stellar "B" sides that never got air play or gained popularity. Yet in some cases I prefer the "B" side. There are also some who prefer the analogue sound over digital but if your system is well thought out with reasonably good gear all formats can sound great.

Ok i just cant hang out on this thread, my girl saw this she'd hit me behind the head. Anyways my eyes are starting to drive me buggy.
