Lol!! It is a fine line but unfortunately the products available are not close enough in performance to make the dealer the switching point for me. As much as I would love to support you if you started selling polaris their product just isn't there yet I would be forced to switch dealers. One day when all the products are comparable in the deep snow segment perhaps it will be the dealer service that is 100% factor in where one shops. While I receive amazing service where i shop it would have to come with a reach around or something to make me ride an arctic cat

When are you coming in to work out your snowcheck for 16... Im not sure what you are looking for.. Me might be on different pages this year.

The new polaris with a 3" track would whoop the **** out of a T3. Same power level and 50lbs less, nobody has yet to mention the additional weight saving through a pipe/can combo set.

Who said the horsepower was the same? What dyno sheet did you see?

Absolutely so let me know when they come factory with a 174x16x3

doubtful, I will most likely be riding while your sucking t-teams hog for that additional 2% discount on your next sled

And I have yet to see a dyno chart showing the stock skidoo's claimed 163hp...

There is no way ever would i ride a turd of a sled just because the dealer is awesome to me, dealers dont do much anyways order all my parts online or pick up along the way. I pick the sled that best suits me and go from there. Between Sask and Revy I have lots of dealers to choose from.

Shout out to Martin Motorsports South for step'n up and fix'n my 05 Rev on one days notice when I found a problem I wasn't comfortable fix'n myself. As promised - dropped off at 8:30 am this morning and back on my trailer at 11:45 am.
Dealers do step up and do their best to help us out.
And consider this....it's an old sled, I've never bought a sled from them, and it was really short notice.
Kudos to Martin Motorsports Souths Service Dept.

The new ho poo engine was dynoed with more hp than the etec. The etec is not 163.9and every dyno sheet I saw was very close to the same.

Bah... Atleast maxwell can take a joke on here unlike some of the other powder puffs on this site. For that i would ride with him!

to be honest though ski Doo needs to get there **** together. 50lbs is huge, I would hope they could get th XM down to 2008/2009 weight at minimum. I mean really. That pro is 408lbs, let me remind you that Cory micku's all Carbon fiber xp was at 385lbs dry. Polaris is really closing the gap on total custom sleds to production stuff.

i have had skidoo call me twice for reviews. Each time I bitch to them about the weight... And the ****ty local Calgary dealer... For about 15min sessions

There is definetly some areas skidoo can drop some big weight. A arms, hood/console /intake/exhaust to name a few

Glad u have a dealer that helps you out thats awesome and the dealer that is taking parts off his sled loaning his sled out that's awesome.

But Even if you gave me your sled for the weekend to use and the next weekend you started selling those Heavy overweight yamahas or those ****ty glued together Polaris. I would still keep driving my Doo even if you gave me your wife to use for the weekend I am Not switching sleds for a lesser brand cause you decided to sell a lesser brand instead.

Maybe I'm lucky I haven't had a need for a good dealer cause I figure out my own problems and order my parts online.

Either way good to hear there is dealers looking after customers.

I'd like to see a review done on the chassis. We need to lose some weight but not at the cost of reliability. Polaris is light and having some reliability issues because of it but the Polaris faithful don't seem to be as critical about it as we were when the XP came in at 428 and had failures. Bottom line is there is nothing wrong being super light for a powder sled as long as you ride it in the powder and not like you would a Freeride or Assault. People need to remember that.

The current T3 needs to lose weight in the Exhaust and Hood/Intake and go to Belt Drive and it would be within a few pounds of a same length tracked AXY's.

Could shave down the seat a bit too, lose a bit of weight and make jumping board to board a little easier also.
