Commented to Brandon for you'all to go to Peavy Mart for $19 and trim down a 24"x36" mud flap. You can get various thickness for amount of flex you want. We use to use these for years. Just a thought.

get a set of scratchers and try it. i cant say forsure but it should be ok. the 146 does have a smaller cooler and with the 2.5 track you are higher off the snow. if it doesnt work just use bolts on the flap instead of rivets

you would be fine with a set of scratchers jt,if you get stuck on a hard pack trail for an extended period of time you could drill a hole in the end of your ski and install a 2" bolt with washers and a nut and it will act as a scratcher but will spray snow on the front of the skid ,easiest and cheapest set of scratchers...maxwell did ya check out xxxmodrods snow flaps,i imagine u have the same thing hanging off your reciever hitch....

mud flap from a big truck as stated. to keep it off the track, take a piece of 1/8" flat alum and bend an angle into it, so its got a little kicker out the back. Rivet the alum to the tunnel and the flap to the alum. Just gives it that little bit extra kick to get it past the track.

You need to make it touch the ground at static height otherwise when you hit a bump and the rear kicks up, the flap will hit the track paddles and get sucked into the tunnel - been there done that.

Maxwell, I have your materials list for the sled lift as well, I will PM later today.
