So I got a '02 honda 450, I was hoping to get a new quad like a 650-750 bruteforce. But right now I'm in a money pinch so im stuck with my Honda, just wondering what kinda mods I could do to make it a better mud quad, I'm looking for snorkels, where is a good place to find snorkel kits for a good price? And also it's kinda shy on power, what kind of options is their for getting more power?

Make your own kit. This is great if your tight on cash. You will save a substantial amount of money and its a very easy thing to do, especially on Honda quads.

I did my kit for 125 bucks and did my riders over in rock-guard. Your Honda will only be 1/3 of that price considering Honda's you don't need to snorkel the transmission, just the engine intake.

I used to have Honda Foreman and they like to be piped. For a little more Oomph without breaking the bank invest in a jet kit, K&N filter /w/ Outerwears and a good slip-on pipe with either a snorkel or a turn down tip like an HMF.

If you don't already have, HighLifter lift kits are fairly cheap and an easy way to gain an 2" of ground clearance.

And a better set of mud tires are a great way to go as well. Your Honda after a lift kit could tackle 28" tires. Opt for something like the Zilla, its light and decent in the mud without going to anything too heavy.

Sure thing. I know I ride a different quad than you, but I posted a thread about puttin snorkels on my brute. You might get some ideas for your risers there.
