My neighbor does this. He hauls is quad and PWC on his deck while pulling his trailer. All he did was went to Princess Auto and bought some neumatic tires, then he welding together a frame with some carpeted bunks and has a removeable hitch, the whole thing is probably only 6-8 inches off the ground. To load he attaches the hitch hooks up to the quad pulls the PWC as close to the deck as possible, un-hooks the hitch, attaches the which from the deck to the mini-trailer and pulls it up the same ramp he uses for the quad, and ties it down. Not sure where he vacations but he told me the camp ground allows him to use the quad with the mini-trailer to put it in the water each day.
