I have a few kits out testing with various riders to confirm what I was able to find on the 850 that I owned. Im currently just waiting on a backorder of weights.
Who would be interested in a kit? Feel free to ask me some questions.

I would be interested in a kit.
a few questions: Are you gearing down with the kit or just clutch components?
what track speed you seeing? Stock vs clutched?
any chance you took temps of clutches, stock vs clutched?

what are your results you have accomplished with clutching over stock.

thanks in advance

21/53 is the gearing to have. Thats what i tested with.
Stock track speeds on a 165 3" with a 240lb rider in good snow was 63-64 kph. The clutch kit would hold 68-69kph.
I never had an actual temp gun. But you were able to put your hands on the clutches after many hard pulls were the stock set up you couldn't.

To me, the bottom end is way better. Much stronger out of the hole and held rpm better. I also found that the on off throttle response was better.

thanks for the reply, on my expert I held 7900-8000 rpm on most climbs in deep snow but I believe the back shift could be better.

Curious...what is the BDX ring for? Is that a seat for secondary spring or primary spring shim?
