i had one roller go flat in my secondary, when installing the high torque rollers it was noticed that only one roller was in contact with the helix. curious if anyone else is seeing this issue? on roller will be tight and wont turn, other two will spin freely. i will have to measure the clearance. Yamaha is saying im on my own no warranty on clutch

I’ve seen the stock helix/stock rollers only have 2 touching and the 3rd isn’t.

I’m gonna be installing my Hi-Torq rollers tomorrow night and will post pics. My rollers all touch now and are sitting proper so hopefully nothing changes.

I haven't had a chance to get into the sled's yet and haven't spent much time at CR but i know there is something going on there. When i get a chance we will get into one and see what's up. My own sled has one roller not touching also by a hair, even with the new updated Yamaha rollers.

My clutches have close to 900km on them. My thoughts are it is that the bushing on the sliding shiv is what wears. Then when secondary spring is wound tight throughs the alignment off making the rollers not touch evenly. My hopes are a clutch company will build a ramp to install where the rollers are to make it like the viper clutch so I don’t have to buy a viper clutch
I have the high torque rollers in but I think they are going to get eaten up
