hey toeknee...

are those cobra exhausts? have the exact bike and was looking at same pipes. are they really loud? or just nice sound.

thanks

They are 2 3/4 Hard Chromes they are a few more bucks but they never blue. They can be loud if need be but you can still idle through the residential areas. They have removable baffles but trust me it is way too loud then for any long trips anyways. One of the guys I ride with has the Coba pipes and I find them to sound a bit tinny where as the Hard Chrome have a deep throaty sound similar to the Vance and Hines
If you are going to pipe yours keep in mind that you will need a fuel programmer and I would also suggest that you delete the EGR valve because it will back fire like crazy when you let off the throttle.

If you need info on the delete let me know I will track it down for you.

Don't think that you will actually fine a Tornado for a C90, not too sure if you are aware of this but the shiny chome thing on the right side of the engine is not the air cleaner on the C90. All it does is hide the useless EGR valve which gives nothing but grief. Lots of guys do a delete and remove the chrome cover and valve so that you can see the V twin jugs better. I just did the golf T disable of the valve and left the chrome.
The air cleaner is actually under the speedo on the look a like fuel tank, which is actually not the tank either.
Check out Gman industires they make performance parts for the C90, they have a modified K&N that has massive flow but you get lots of the valve noise up through the intake and you also must have a fuel programmer.

These are a couple of my previously owned street bikes. I sold them both because reality set in that I had too many two wheeled rides, and really didn't get a as much use out of them as I should be.

But I really miss the Triumph.
