New price on the bike. Now at 17,500. Have over $35,000 into this bike.

Dropped the price another $1000. Now asking 16,500 and wont be going any lower.

everybody wants the screaming eagle or at least a six speed. 96 inch is tough enough to sell used, let alone a 5 spd bagger with an 88.

ya but 6th gear is not even worthwhile imo, unless ya like cruising at 160 (like me) :) My 88 keeps up to the 96 no prob, no questions asked...BUT unless it has an after market engine a Harley is a slug regardless unfortunately. S&S 120" for me this winter ;) with of course chain drive etc..

Ya man i agree. I have rode a number of different 5 and 6 speed bikes with 88's, 96's and 103's and have never really seen how the 6 is much better than a 5. Could be just my riding style being used to cruising with a 5 speed though
