The Husky Diner in Sicamous was subjected to 7 very rude sledders on Jan 15. I was enjoying breakfast when they arrived in their black lifted Ford and sled trail with Baccas Racing decals all over it. They were rude to the waitress, using the f** word but when they started talking about doing 20 year olds I left. Everyone in the restaurant was talking about the rude sledders. Thanks boys for making all of us look bad. If you recognize these guys tell them to grow up. ( One was wearing a touque with skulls and a necklace):nono:

Why should someone else tell them to grow up that was not there to witness. How many hours after the fact. YOU should have went up and asked them to keep it quiet as it is a public place, especially if kids are around. I have done this before, and guys would be like "oh sorry about that, didn't realize", and I'd say doesn't matter that kind of talk should stay in the shop, or on the trail with your buds. Just saying.

Because there was only 2 of us and I was unsure of my safety.

Not sure if you were concerned about kids hearing this, but as a kid I always wondered what the big deal was. I would hear all the same words on the TV the next night.... Maybe even worse. Same with on the radio. I don't get why the beep the swears. Everyone knows what's being said.... I must be young and dumb.

Fully understand but thats the problem...7 of them and 2 of you so ya....frickin PUNKS like that have to run in a pack otherwise they are nobodies! Now if it were 2 or 3 of them....be a different story. That is exactly what many forums are about these days when we speak of dumbt $hit going on but it all boils down to a complete lack of RESPECT! Some people are not worth even wasting good oxygen on! Loosers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is a high percentage of sledders who are A-holes. This is only one example, the same type of guys ride in closed areas, park like idiots..the list goes on.

No Rucky you are not young and dumb. You are just young. You are absolutely right in saying that you can hear it all next night on TV but that is your choice. If you choose to watch a program with foul language that is your choice but submitting people to that kind of language in a public place is just rude. You seam to have a good head on your shoulders don't let the peer pressure steer you the wrong way.

It's not even a choice. Find me a kid that doesn't hear all these "terrible" words on TV, at school, at home, on the radio, etc. Honestly..... The only kids that exist such as this are the ones that are homeschooled and absolutely sheltered. Not trying to start an argument here. I'm sure you all know it's true though :d After all, they're just words!

nice post pipes. I agree 100%....no way to keep kids from hearing the language nowadays, the tough part is teaching them where and when it is inappropriate.

Once again you show that you are much more mature than you give yourself credit for. I agree that this kind of language is every where. but that does not make it acceptable. Yes they are just words. but they also show the people around you what your morals are. Speak foul mouth in public and you are perceived as trailer trash.
