So we were scouting snow for the girls. One of them it was her 1st time.
Another one her 2nd time.
So some pretty green riders.

Velcro. But those hot summer days it shifted. Gave up trying to fix it.

Two of the women fell into a couple holes one was waist deep in water. The other got her foot wet.

Had them in the past. I prefer the strap now.
Mountain labs sells it. Fits in your pocket. Seems just as affective as the snow bungee but easier to pack.

Had a bungee and never used it and took up space in the tunnel bag. Strap is more effective and compact.

It wasn't a hard pull. Unfortunately the clutch was in water so we had to dry it out first. These turbo doos climb out of most holes pretty good without a pull.

I was the king of the sled-to-sled bungee back in the day. New sleds are too fragile to be yanking on.

Revelstoke club sells them in the welcome Center. That’s where I got mine. Love it.

5 bucks for a similar strap at princess auto or trick FernieSnow showed me. Old serpentine belt works good with the stretch it has

$10 for 10 pack on Amazon they are a little shorter but you can loop a couple together to get the desired length

I have both, but the bungee does give way more pull with less effort if you ever need it.
