Yep i had the same issue just about wanted to take a 45lb sledge to that secondary! ok so get a punch thats the same size as those spring/roll pins, and hit them at the back, so they go out through the front. After you get these spring pins out (that was the easy part) then you have to take the main pin and roller out. The easiest way that i think works is get a nail, put a bend in it so its like a hook, and push them out that way, because they wont push out toward the shaft. I used some penetrating oil/WD40 and worked these pins back and forth for hours before i could get them out. Just have patience and they will come out. When you can get the pin out enough, grab it with a pair of vicegrips and that will help out too.

Take a drill bit the same size as the hole and clean the aluminum burs up in the hole and the pins in the rollers will come out much easier that's why they're so tough to get out. I use a hook tool to push them out, much easier than using a nail.

yeah went and bought a hook set and bent everyone of them, nail worked way better, i think it depends on how new it is. the drill bit is a good idea though, next time i will use that forsure

Just use a 1/4" bit on your drill and clean up the burr's that the split pin leaves in it's hole. Takes about 5 seconds, and the roller pins litterly fall out.

These rollers seem to last better in my turbo than the rock ones, and are now priced way cheaper. Ordered them via internet and received 3 days later.
