I know I’m pretty good and he’s not normally a bull****ter

"STAY THE RUCK HOME" sounds like hes spreading the agenda and that makes him the enemy in my world.

Now is the time to defy the government IMO, But hey you guys have fun in your communist hell hole. Ive got stuff to do besides sit at home for months....

Not close enough to the Mountains, AB
Did our annual late May ride. Camped out at the 5.5km lot and had to dig our way through a long stretch of snow to drive a little farther and get past a few long bare stretches. From there, still a few good stretches of gravel not bad although on Saturday it started down pouring in the alpine and all the way down to the trucks. Access into turtle is probably now done had to make a snow bridge across 1 creek and just drive through the second on the sleds going the backway in. Water was flowing significantly faster on the way out. Stuck a 3m probe in the ground on backside of turtle and still didn’t hit ground. Boulder had approx 8’ back by airport chutes.

Any of the AB riders we ran into were either camping on the trail as well or day-tripping. Hopefully the locals can appreciate that.

Don't worry about the locals. It's full on tourist season here, AB plates outnumber BC here in Sucamoose and I dont know anyone that doesn't like it

Anyone been into Cariboo basin this last week or so?
There is around 2.2m - 2.6m in most places we were probing, rocks are starting to show where the sun hits them. Snow is set up go anywhere. We drove to 13k on devils garden another week or so will have to go up Brewster.

Can those bikes do the climb into the 2nd basin (Brewster East) in the spring?

I was never able to get my poorly set up 136 600 SnowHawk up the climb into the second basin in winter snow and never tried it in the spring. Another fellow riding a Husky/Yeti two years ago was unable to get to the second basin when we were riding in mid December.

This day they would have gone up easy straight in, some times we have to go to the right and side hill in. When the snow is like it is now you can side hill stupid crazy stuff, the pegs are dragging in the snow and you are still going.
