Well , if I can not dine in with my unvaxed azz

Then you bet , take out it is

This hole bull chit , is bull chit

And I'm not dumb enough to take the juice , just so I can dine in
The f’d up part about all this is only the patrons have to be vaxed and prove it. Restaurant staff are not required to be vaxed or have proof. This means your still exposed to unvaxxed people at what you thought was a safe haven....

Question how this makes any sense....answer: fear= control

Kanedog 2015-2019, thanks for the good times S&M!
Dear Restaurant servers in Valemount,

Pano-Dude, Tex78 and a few other Snow and Mud members will not be tipping this year. They feel by withholding your tips, you will be forced to complain to your boss, therefore, that will fix their personal beef. They did not write their MP, Justine Trudeau or do anything more than whine and complain to who ever would listen at coffee row. However, they did make their workplace a toxic place to work by their bad attitudes.
Please note their negativity and cheaping out on tips are not representative of the majority of Snow and Mud members.
Thank you for your hard work during these hard times.

You assume I haven't talked to my MLA and mp. Wrong I have.
You obviously didn't see my post or disregarded it that I do still tip if I know the people support freedom of choice.
You know nothing of my workplace but yet more assumptions that are wrong.
Keep trying to stir the pot, you're just making yourself look worse than usual.

I never did, until my wife worked at a lounge where the waitresses would have to tip a percentage out the cooks on the total food sales. So if she had a bunch of take out orders and didn't get a tip, she would have to pay the kitchen out of her own pocket. Not sure if this is everywhere or not.
I was never aware that is how it worked until recently a friend that owns restaurants in Calgary explained it to me. Seems like a bullch!t way to compensate employees. Cook does a shity job and server doesn't get a tip but has to pay the cook. For take outs why not tipping is valid so maybe they should up the takeout price so the non vaxed can contribute their share

Contribute my share? FFS tips are not mandatory, they are for good service. Take out there are no dishes for them to clean, no table to clean, less work.
Man the NDP, Liberal mindset runs strong here these days.
Must be getting them government checks....

During these trying times, it is customary to tip extra when picking up take out food.
Trying times? This is a phucking scam. I cannot believe people are so clueless as to what is going on. Think about this. I can go to an AHS facility to give blood but I can't eat out or go skiing. Give you phucking heads a shake.

May you have ugly, flat chested, transgender thick sweater wearing waitresses for 10 years. Hahaha

Yes, all staff get to participate in the tip jar. Divided up at the end of the day. Dish washers, buzz people, hostesses, waiter/esses, bartenders, chef and chefs helpers, etc.. One of our son's girlfriends was a waitress at Earl's and Joey Tomato and when the movement came in, she wasn't a happy camper. Whether they changed the system to a percentage or not (less for the dishwasher and those not serving the public) I don't know.

I’ve worked in several chain restaurants in my youth. It doesn’t work like that....as a server you pay a small percentage of your overall bill sales to a tip pool for kitchen staff....the kitchen staff make f all in tips. Servers walk away with cash in hand and lots of it compared to the back staff...don’t ever feel sorry for servers..
